The staff at Mediterraneo were absolutely incredible, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. They were always friendly and had a smile on their face, and even offered us food when we arrived late at night. The barman at the pool bar was fantastic, remembering our drinks so they were always ready for us. The staff's attentiveness and hard work really made a difference. The hotel also had free parking, which was a GREAT convenience.

One of the highlight was the daily entertainment provided by the animation team which was a lot of fun for all ages.

The hotel is conveniently located near the harbour and close to the port, reachable in only 6-8 minutes by taxi. The rooms feature neat and clean bathrooms, and comfortable bedding. The courteous staff provides daily fresh towels and cleans the room regularly. Guests can enjoy delicious breakfast, and a large pool area with water slides that offer entertainment for all ages.

The restaurant seating area is insufficient for the number of guests and can be chaotic during peak hours, affecting the dining experience.

The hotel's practice of putting guests in inadequate temporary rooms was unacceptable. The manager's attitude towards guest complaints and requests for refund was extremely unprofessional and dismissive.

There is a mini club and mini disco for children, which my kids absolutely loved. The two swimming pools and children's pools were clean and spacious, providing plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. The hotel also has a playground next to the pool area, which was a great addition. We also appreciated the gym and spa facilities, where we could relax and unwind. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Hotel Mediterraneo provided a fantastic experience for our family.

For dads, it would be great if there were more options for outdoor sports activities for children.
